I live in New York City and enjoy spending weekends and as many summer days as possible at our house in the Hamptons that we built a long time ago before it was “THE” Hamptons.
I grew up in Darien, Connecticut. At Dartmouth, I started out rowing crew my freshman fall and quickly realized that was much too hard core for me. So I became a football cheerleader back in the days when that was very informal, coed and a lot of fun. I was also very active in the Sigma Delta sorority and was responsible for bringing the first sorority house to campus. After a short few years in advertising, I went back to Tuck for my MBA and have been an investment banker in NY ever since including running my own boutique firm for 13 years until 2015. I’ve been married to my husband Paul for 25 years now and we have two boys-Danny (19) and Willie (15) who are both fanatic sports fans.
I went to Dartmouth because, like many others, I “fell in love” the minute I stepped foot on the campus during my tour the summer of my junior year in high school. That was the end of the college tours for me!
People are surprised that I bribed my older son to stay in NY for high school with a dog that I had promised him for 7 years. And, yes, it worked!
I am passionate about keeping a balance in my life and a focus on my family, improving my golf game ( a never ending feat), and mentoring young Dartmouth students and alums.
